To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit, please take a moment to review our salon policies


Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via phone at 724-256-9226, online through our website at primacapellisalon.com, or in person at the salon



Cancellation/ No Show Policy


If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize your card on file to be charged accordingly



Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and respect our employees' schedules. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we MAY need to shorten your service or reschedule



Return/ Exchange Policy

Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value. You may exchange within 30 days of your purchase. All styling tool purchases are final sale


Services: We do not offer refunds on services, however if you are not satisfied, please notify us right away for a complimentary redo. See our Redo Policy below



Redo Policy

Please communicate and express any concerns during your appointment to avoid returning for a redo service. If you’re not satisfied with your service, you must call us within 3 days of your original appointment


Nail redo services must be scheduled and completed within 1 week of the initial service and within 2 weeks of the initial service for all hair services


Our goal is for you to leave our salon completely satisfied with your results, and we'll do everything we can to make it right



Price Quotes

If you're curious about pricing, you can visit our website or give us a call for a general estimate. Please note that final prices may vary based on factors like hair length, thickness, and the time needed to complete the service


Some services, such as hair extensions, color corrections, and similar treatments, require an in-person consultation before we can provide an accurate quote


Because of these variables, any quoted prices are approximate and may not reflect the final cost on the day of your appointment



Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. We do our best to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients



Payments

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options. We do not accept checks. Payment is due upon completion of services. A small 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. There are no fees on debit card transactions



Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you



Text Reminders

Confirmation and reminder texts are sent as a courtesy. To ensure you continue receiving them, please let us know if your contact information—especially your phone number—has changed. If we don't have your current number, you may not receive important updates about your appointment


To cancel or make changes to your appointment, please call us at 724-256-9226 or reply directly to your confirmation text. Cancellations should be made 24 hours before your appointment time



Communication & Feedback

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased in salon or online. They can be redeemed on services and products. They are non-refundable and do not have an expiration date



Coupons

See monthly specials on our social media @primacapellisalon

Birthday coupons are sent monthly. Be sure to update your customer account details or give front desk your birthday and email so that you receive yours!

Each coupon is valid for a single use before its expiration date
